PSW Opportunity

The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

GCE A-Levels (Minimum 3 subjects in H2 level or 2 subjects at H2 level and 2 subjects at H1 level); OR
3-year Diploma from local Polytechnic; OR
PSB Academy Diploma in Infocomm Technology; OR
PSB Academy Diploma in Network Defence and Forensic Countermeasures; OR
Other Diploma or equivalent qualification would be assessed on a case by case basis
Minimum Age Requirement - 16 years old

- Students must obtain 60% or more in each of the 4 exams. Each of the 4 exams is of equal weighting.

English language test scores must be less than 2 years old at the date of application to the University of Newcastle.
