B.SC (HONS) REAL ESTATE SURVEYING (VALUATION AND FINANCE) ACCELERATED

Real estate surveyors have an extensive understanding of the property industry, and confidently display their professional knowledge to clients. Property valuation is at the heart of this course that will prepare you for a lucrative and rewarding career in this fast-paced sector.

Our Valuation and Planning pathway places emphasis on the key valuation skills required to assess and communicate value, and the financial aspects of property development to clients. Topics covered include: property finance and investment, property economics, complex valuation, taxation and property development. A gateway to professional status, this Real Estate Surveying course is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), so you'll be educated to the highest industry standards.

This accelerated pathway includes the same content as a traditional three year undergraduate degree, but is taught over three trimesters rather than two semesters. This more intense mode of study means that you can complete your degree in a shorter period of time, so you can progress more quickly into work or further study. If you're already in employment, we also offer an accelerated day release route that can fit around your current commitments.
