Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences

The undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences prepares students for graduate study in professional health fields including physician's assistant, veterinary medicine and optometry. The program gives students the flexibility to prepare for a wide range of health-focused careers as it fulfills the general requirements for entry into most graduate-level health professional programs. This allows students to tailor their degree to support their particular area of interest. The health sciences program is also a pathway for students who want to complete a graduate degree in physical therapy or pharmacy here at Husson.

Application Requirements

In addition to the admission requirements outlined in the application for admission, first-year international applicants must submit an official copy of a test that assesses English competency. Husson University accepts test results from the following agencies:

TOEFL iBT - minimum score of 75 (iBT) or 537 (paper-based test).
TOEFL Essentials- minimum score of 8.
IELTS- minimum score 6.
PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic)- minimum score of 50.
DET (Duolingo English Test)- minimum score of 100.
