Our students are well prepared for both employment and academic research. The emphasis is on practical techniques for the design and construction of intelligent systems, preparing graduates to work in a variety of specialisms, from fraud detection software to recommendation systems and assistive robots.

• 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
• 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.

In order to qualify for entry to master’s study at the University of Edinburgh, you must have a good degree from a highly ranked university in India.

Entry requirements will vary, depending on the intended programme of study. The minimum score you should have achieved is 60% or more / GPA of 8 on a 10-point scale in your Bachelor's study. If you are studying at university listed on the UoE Indian Universities List you should achieve 55% or more / GPA of 7.0 on a 10-point scale.

Students from universities listed on the UoE Indian Universities List will be considered against these revised entry requirements in most areas, but for some high demand areas the University of Edinburgh may not be able to apply this concession. Please note that colleges affiliated to the universities on this list are not covered by these revised entry requirements and students will be required to meet the standard entry requirements.
