Career Pathways
The Logistics and Supply Chain Management courses provide training in the field of logistics and supply chain management, with a particular emphasis on management and operations. Logistics and Supply Chain Management is currently one of the most popular areas of study with plenty of job opportunities, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. Logistics and Supply Chain specialists are found in the private and public sectors in distribution, manufacturing, policy and planning.

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.

• Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
• Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
• Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
• The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants

Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:

• Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
• Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
• Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
• PhD students can stay upto 4 years

To be considered for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, an applicant is required to have:

• a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (or equivalent) at an institution approved by the Business School and graded at a standard acceptable to the Business School;
• satisfaction of the English language requirements; and
• any other minimum standards specified by the Business School; or
• completion of the requirements of the Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Sydney with a minimum credit average, or equivalent qualification.
