This entry level programme is designed to give you a broad understanding and awareness of the travel and tourism industry. You'll learn from expert tutors, plus a wide range of guest speakers, and you'll visit a range of travel and tourism-related operations.
You'll also gain skills and knowledge in researching and evaluating travel and tourism products; planning itineraries; customer service and sales, team work, and essential workplace/industry practices, policies and legislation. These experiences will help you decide which roles or areas within travel or tourism you might wish to pursue.
To meet Health and Safety requirements, applicants must be physically able to undertake the practical components of the programme in an industry emulated environment.

PSW Opportunity
- During study, all students on a student visa can work up to 20 hours per week during semester and full time during vacations.
- After completing Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification, a student will get a three years open post-study work visa.
- After completing Level 8 Post Graduate courses of 1 year, students get 1 year PSW.
